Spend an afternoon with Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Erin Crites as your explore what your body truly needs to nourish and replenish itself, how you can find these nutrients in seasonal produce and grains (not in a box or a bottle) and how you can make use of your time now (before baby arrives) in order to be prepared for those early days.
